Research Interests
Ingie is passionate about designing solutions and developing technologies with high humanitarian impact. Her experience ranges from aerospace, through her work at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, to biomedical device design at the Cleveland Clinic. Her master’s research focused on the design and development of bioreactors to produce biomaterials from bacteria. Her current PhD research focuses on redesigning greenhouses for the MENA region. Ingie’s areas of interest include product design, machine design, and engineering management.
